RETURNS
In regards to every item that is 'made to order'. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Any items that are Hand made, Custom and or 1 of 1. Returns are also accepted and must be submitted within 30 days of the order being received.

CANCELING ORDERS
If a 'made to order' product has already been fulfilled and shipped out , unfortunately we cannot cancel the order. fulfilment can take 1-3 days so if you are wanting to cancel your order please notify me as soon as possible so I can get your order cancelled before it get fulfilled.
